  1. Lindos! Lindos! I loved more the last one…. 🙂 🙂

  2. Oh dear followers, I hope you already know that the Pont des Arts depicted by Signac is already empty of Love’s Padlocks. If you get back you have to find another corner for your next affair in the Light’s City. La Cite de la lumière. Good luck! 😉

  3. I’m sorry for my oblivion: the bridge is empty since last June 1st, 2015. Have a nice trip!

  4. Love the Hopper. Captures perfectly the atmosphere of “nocturnal travel.”

    • Oh Julie, your comments are for this blogger like gold nuggets. I agree your wise observation. In this drawing there are some diagonals of perspective not only to achieve depth, but also to emphasize the two protagonists. One of these diagonals is shaped by the windows that only contains darkness and only a opaque darkness. Maybe some details as the free handles are contributing to depict the solitude of this woman and man in a wagon. You have been so kind. Thanks so much. 😉

  5. J’aime beaucoup cette façon que tu as de rassembler ces oeuvres autour d’un thème !
