  1. love the michelangelo the best. i try to look at the art without noting the artists first, and then see what strikes me. i recently found out that my paternal great grandfather was an architect for a beautiful church on the east coast here.

    • Dear Beth, you’re doing the right thing yet, and we all should to do what you say and not look the author before to observe and to value a work. In my opinion about music we should do the same.
      Michelangelo and Da Vinci as good characters of his era knew the essence of Humanism and Renaissance, that consisted in to relate the different disciplines, such as painting, sculpture and architecture. What you told me about your great grandfather makes me envious, but congrats, and thanks for your visit and comment. Best wishes. xoxo
