Here Munch creates some great transparences for describe the body of the bathers on the water, and this is made with a lot of soft lines. Let’s observe the coherence of colour with its rythm on the clouds that are replying the pink colour of the bathers. Oh my friend everything perfect but, do you really want a cold splashdown? Dear Dana, this work is like a raw diamond, the material used is the charcoal. It does not allow much hesitation, is dirty but also is mighty. This artist had an excellent vision for volumes, lights and shadows, but in other works also had a exquisite sensitivity with colour shades.
