  1. Like, I actually am not really versed in architecture or anything artsy but I just wanted to say that I really like the inside of the library by Étienne Boullée! It looks so clean and pretty!

    • Dear Lea, I’m so glad because I share with you this particular sensation. Among all the subjects of this blog, this has an special singularity, because some drawings can be done after some works already built. Others can be done as blueprints or drafts before their construction, but others and they were a lot, were fruit of human fantasy and reverie. And of course the most of this group were not accomplished. But I think even so were wonderful. Yep, the ideal library, I appreciate the special illumination. Can’t you see how we can achieve huge spaces on a simple piece of paper. The practice of drawing is a real miracle. Have a nice day and thanks so much for your comment.

  2. So beautiful! It is a pleasure to my eyes. My favourite is “Inside of a library”. (An awesome library…!). Altough “The Opera Cortina” is brilliant too.

Every day surprise me with interesting pictures about all kind of things. I am looking forward to seeing next post.

A huge kiss for you :)!

PD: I expect to reply your letter tonight.

    • Oh dearest Beautiful White Bird of the nights, this Fenix is ever glad to know your opinion. I already knew your choices for minimal style, not only for music, and this library like you say is really awesome. Maybe a little heaven or shelter from any worry. I would go there. But the Opera one, is a little crowded for me. So I think these two works are so contrasted, and I infer that your opinion appreciates the true laborious masterpieces like these. I’m so grateful your wise outlook, I real gift for me. Another kiss for you, but don’t be forced to write. Thanks a million prettiness!

  4. lovely sketches… my dad’s an architect.. and me, as a kid.. I always used to draw houses and buildings.. loved it.. thought I’d actually become an architect as well.. but once I met physics and math…. the dream was dead haha.. I realised what I liked was only drawing them but not making them… and later moved on to drawing new things as well..but still… architecture captures my eye everytime.
    Great post!

    • Your comment is a confidence converted in a little gem.
It does not matter now you’re not a specialist in physics or mathematics. The lines of your drawings are ever climbing higher than any roof and reaching the moon. That could never make any architect.
Throughout history some authors were specialists in ‘architectural fantasies’ and buildings that never were constructed, because if it were not so, they lose their lyrical charm. You’re wonderful. Thanks a million 🙂

      • you’re sweet..thanks for the support.. and I loved that last part… “architectural fantasies” are not meant to be constructed because they lose the meaning… you’re right.. and this is now stuck in my head. I think my next drawing will be something like that..it’s been a while since I last drew a building/house or similar… Thanks for the inspo! 🙂

      • Oh sidereal creature, excuse my delay. Your admirable drawing style has much balance between lines and spaces. It has a touch of asiatic, and even some areas resemble a mandala. Your drawings are also made with stillness so you will can achieve and build all your spaces and buildings that you propose. Your pen will reach the clouds and will not have no limit. Inspiration has made the path of a boomerang and has come back to your mind. The merit is only yours. Thanks to you.

    • Oh dear Francesca, I’m sorry for my delay. I also admire the unfinished works as Michelangelo and Rodin loved. Your sensitive and clever beholding has choosed a true piece of jewelry with its details, but at the same time, a free and spontaneous masterpiece as we can realize on the large spaces with watercolor brushstrokes. You’re an expert. Thanks a lot, for let your opinion 😉

  5. Such a great selection! Thanks for sharing and it’s interesting to see hats at the time when i’ve suddenly started drawing them! Coincidence? )))

    • I like your reflection. I’m not sure, but maybe this accessory is not always useful. Sometimes some kind of hats could not be suitable for example into a bus or a windy day. Perhaps it owns of a Fantasy World. At any case I love them. Thanks for your comment 🎩💛💋
