It immediately makes me want to avoid telling anyone that I feel that way in periods of my life. The reason is that I don’t want anyone to treat me any differently or wonder why I would feel that way. I recently watched a video on dealing with anxiety here, which explains many aspects of anxiety that I think many people can relate to. When she mentions placing ourselves in situations repetitively or have constant practice, we lose that sense of fear. There’s that ability to go out of your comfort zone.
