  1. Great!!! … And your picture???

  2. Another gorgeous post. Thank you! Love the Chagall.

  4. I suppose it’s tempting to read too much into artistic works, but today I feel that I can see a little of what each artist was trying to express, what they saw as they were sketching. The Picasso, for example– the only color is on the palette, as if the only joy in that artist’s life was when he was painting… And the Lopez– I imagine him being intrigued by the odd combination of business suit and palette, but maybe he was sketching something about himself…

    • Hi Lindy, I like your observant and wise comment. I remind an excellent teacher of Fine Arts a the university. She always made comments about the Iconography and the meanings on each work in Art. I absolutely agree with your insight about both examples. But in my opinion about the procedure of any work, often the artist hasn’t a predetermined idea to cause, your thought, except for symbolist style. That could be true but only belongs to the observer and his reflections. Thanks so much for your comment. ❤

  5. Lindo demais…. 🙂 🙂

  8. I always love your collections. The Norman Rockwell one made me laugh out loud.

    • Oh dear Carol, so true, but I think that behind this scene of humor sometimes there is a thought real like a mountain. I’m glad to start this wednesday with your visit and comment. Best wishes ❤
