El aporte de Reynaldo Luza al mundo de la moda

HI SISTERS ! I HOPE YOU LIKE THESE EXQUISITE ILLUSTRATIONS ABOUT FASHION. HAVE I NICE DAY DEAR!

Big Ben Antiguedades y Coleccionismo

Change, Rest, and Revival. Writing Time, Part 88

HI SISTERS! I HOPE YOU WILL LIKE THE SKETCH OF THIS SOPHISTICATED LADY. HAVE A NICE SUNDAY!👒👒👒

mel anastasiou

One of our greatest statesmen has said that a change of work is the best rest. So it is.

-Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, The Sign of Four

The summer doldrums bring with them some excellent thinking time. Schedules change up in these months, and sometimes ideas for projects shake loose at the same time.

As well, new genres may present themselves. An essayist writes a song. A literary master finds the gateway to speculative fiction. A mystery writer pens a thriller or a romantic comedy. Maybe it’s just the slight lightening of the load that good weather brings, and frees up a mind’s busy section to think about something new.

I love my genres, and I’d never change permanently for change’s sake, but only to pursue other passions. And, returning to paragraph one of this post, maybe that’s the only song the essayist will ever write. Still, that song changes…

Minty Blueberry, Cucumber & Creamy Goat Cheese Salad

HELLO DEAR! BETWEEN SKETCH AND SKETCH, WE WILL NEED SOME FABULOUS RECIPE LIKE THIS. BON APPETITE !

Fabulous Fare Sisters

Minty Blueberry, Cucumber & Creamy Goat Cheese Salad
If you have a Wegmans in your area you’ve seen a version of this salad before. I’m not a fan of store bought dressings, I love to make my own. When recipes call for a brand of dressing I go off the grid.  I also believe that every recipe can be made even better. Well, I took the idea of blueberries and cucumbers from a picture and made it my own! It was a huge hit with my family and a real winner in my book! Great for the 4th of July, great for summer, great for parties and great for you!

Carrying my Spirit Animal

HI BEAUTIES ! LET YOURSELF BE CARESSED BY A BEAR OR SIMPLY BY YOUR KITTEN. HAVE A NICE FRIDAY !

For two weeks, my spirit animal ( I think is a bear) went on auto-hibernation. From past years I have noticed that this happens when I over-work from my day job as a freelance graphic designer. The time allotted for personal illustration decreases and sometimes my spirit animal is too tired to pick up a pencil and mule over an artwork. I need to finish the last commissions before I start on another project, so my inner bear picked the wrong season to sleep. Bear doesn’t want to wake up so I need to carry him for a while so we can get by.

I decided to practice quick sketches and small illustrations to pass by this phase. Today, I tried speed-copying-paint some  watercolors of Ghibli Studio’s Princess Mononoke Art Book. My friend Nica gave it to me 2 years ago when she went to her first Japan Trip. Here’s…
