Hi Anna, first of all excuse my delay, I’ve been working hard and offline. The work to which you refer is a picture accompanying a letter in Dutch, one among many of the letters that Vincent sent to his brother Theo. If you want further there exists so much bibliography. But as I see you have much interest, I give you a fantastic link so you can browse, and respond yourself about what I don’t know on the content of the letters:
http://vangoghletters.org/vg/letters/let001/letter.html
The figures 001 you can go changing, I think that up to 700 pages or so, and are in English. You will see that you have stuff to become almost an expert.
Can I do something more for you? Thanks so much for your comment. Best wishes from Sketchuniverse. ❤

Thank you so much Sketchuniverse! Yes, I have read his book with the letters to his brother but unfortunately his sketches/drawings were not published along with the text in my copy! Your link will be interesting to read, thankyou!

Hi! I’ve been following and LOVING your work and now wonder: Would you have any interest in supplying illustrations for a collection of my essays and erotica? Either your own work…or your curating what’s in the public domain…or both! Thanks sooooo much for your time and consideration, Joy
